30-day money-back guarantee, counted from delivery. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us at conseyer7@gmail.com within 30 days of the day your order is delivered, with your order number, and we will refund you.
Damaged in transit. If a figure arrives damaged, send us your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Before dispatch. If you want to cancel before your order is dispatched, write to us and we will cancel it and refund you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
